Welcome to PotterpediaEdit
Your Source for Info on the Seven Harry Potter Novels and J. K. Rowling canonEdit
Potterpedia is pleased to bring you info on everything covered from Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone to Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, as well as extended information from sources such as Pottermore. For the expanded universe of Harry Potter, we recommend the Harry Potter Wiki.
Please be warned prematurely that the purpose of this wiki is to provide as much detail and information as possible, and as such some pages may contain spoilers for those who are new to the series.
Anyone can edit Potterpedia, whenever or wherever they desire, so long as they follow the policies (which can be found at this page). Any user not following the policies will be prevented from editing (or possibly accessing) the wiki for the amount of time prescribed by the authority blocking them (see here for some guidelines). Please note that book canon is the only canon on the Potterpedia Wiki. If your content is from another source, or fanon, it cannot be included on the Potterpedia Wiki, but you may try posting it at another wiki.
- Order of Merlin: As of 1 March, 2013, the Potterpedia Wiki will begin the "Order of Merlin" program; users with 100 edits will receive Third Class, 250 for Second Class and 400 for First Class.

Not Sure Where To Start?Edit
Every month, the wiki will hold a vote near the end of the month to decide which article is at its best. That article will be presented here for everyone to see. Currently there is no featured article, though - come back next month and there might be one, or feel free to edit in any of the above ways.
Late January has come, and with the New Year is a decision to be made; we want the community of the Potterpedia Wiki to help us with making that decision:
