Armando Dippet was a former headmaster of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, and was the headmaster before Albus Dumbledore accepted the position. He was a "nearly bald, somewhat feeble" man, and his portrait hangs in what was Dumbledore's office, but is apparently now owned by MInerva McGonagall. He apears on a Famous Wizards card.
